Like many others, my husband and I have worked hard at trying to create a small world for ourselves apart from the frenzy of today’s fast paced world. When we leave the highway and turn into the driveway we leave the rat race behind for a few short hours of solitude. Although the farm is always a work in progress, which includes constant upkeep, livestock management and repairs, it’s a labour of love and it has become a way of life.
